π Available to all UK employees from July 2026 β July 2027
A simple guide to our policies, what is included, who can use it, and how to get support.
We're trialling Bupa private health + dental insurance for all UK employees over the next 12 months.
The aim is simple: if you ever need medical treatment, we want to help you get it more quickly and with less stress. Hopefully you won't need to use it very often, but it's there if you do.

This is an overview of your Bupa benefit rather than the full insurance policy. If you're ever unsure whether something is covered, Bupa will be able to confirm.
It could be useful if,
You don't have to be seriously ill to use your cover.

As well as private health insurance, everyone is also covered by our Bupa Dental Plan (Level 5) for the duration of the trial. This helps towards the cost of everyday dental care, as well as more significant treatments if you ever need them.
Unlike your health insurance, the dental plan works as a cashback scheme. You'll usually pay for your treatment upfront, then submit a claim to Bupa to be reimbursed up to your benefit limits. If you visit a participating Bupa Dental Care practice, they can often process your claim on the spot using Instant Claim.
